LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

• WIKKED RIDGE offers a limited lifetime warranty on Racks, Accessories, and Rack related products, to the original purchaser. WIKKED RIDGE products are warrantied to be free from material and workmanship defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty ends and terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.

• All components must be used in their proper places and proof of this is required for warranty claims. Any substitutions of other manufacturers components or exemptions of required components will immediately void the warranty.

• WIKKED RIDGE is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages such as, labor fees, loss of use, loss of time and freight associated with the failure of any products. Any product that has been abused, altered, incorrectly installed, or used in competition and/or races is not covered. A race being defined as any competition between two or more vehicles, or against the clock, whether it is a sanctioned or non-sanctioned event.

• No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond WIKKED RIDGE’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, overloading, improperly maintained or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with instructions or guidelines included with the product or implied use made available to the purchaser.

• The powder coat finish is a service offered by WIKKED RIDGE and is warrantied to be free from major defect for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Defects in powder coat/paint are warrantied for 90 days from the date of purchase for defects in workmanship only. After that timeframe it will fall under WIKKED RIDGE’s discretion. No warranty is given for defects or damage caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, products used for, or modification of, or any types of repairs of, a WIKKED RIDGE manufactured product.

• Each manufactured product must be installed following WIKKED RIDGE’s recommended fitment and installation procedures. Any customization or modification to the original product design, functionality, or use, either by said customer or by WIKKED RIDGE voids all warranty eligibility. It is the sole discretion of WIKKED RIDGE to determine warranty eligibility.

• All orders received from WIKKED RIDGE must be inspected and verified upon arrival. All claims must be reported within 5 business days of defect occurrence. Claims regarding items or products damaged or lost in shipping must be reported immediately. Recipients should check products upon arrival before signing with the shipping company. It is highly recommended that you refuse signature on highly damaged items and contact the shipping company and WIKKED RIDGE immediately to report the damaged items. For identified damage, it is required that you submit digital photos of original packaging and damage incurred during shipping. Send information to WIKKED RIDGE at support@getwikked.com for us to process your claim with the shipping company. Any claims made under this warranty must be accompanied by the original damaged product, and written description of the damage and how it happened, and a copy of the original invoice at the time of purchase. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges in warranty claims. Defects in powder coat/paint are warrantied for 90 days from the date of purchase for defects in workmanship only. WIKKED RIDGE requires a reasonable amount of time to remedy or repair the product.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS

Any product return must have prior authorization. To file a claim on a damaged product you must ship the product to WIKKED RIDGE for repair/return. We require the original purchaser to first submit digital photos prior to any authorization of return and must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form prior to shipping any return items to WIKKED RIDGE. Any product that has been manufactured incorrectly or is of a defective nature will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of WIKKED RIDGE. WIKKED RIDGE covers the cost of the part only. Shipping, vehicle down time, installation costs, etc. are the purchaser’s responsibility. This warranty does not cover the removal or re-installation of the product. WIKKED RIDGE will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of a defective product or component, provided you return the defective product or component during the warranty period. WIKKED RIDGE warranty excludes the following WIKKED RIDGE items: bushings, bearings, bump stops, joints, and hardware. These parts are subject to wear and are not considered defective when worn.

All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and a 20% restocking fee will apply. (If the product has been mounted or used it is not in new, resalable condition and will incur a 25% restocking fee) Items that were customized to ANY degree are not eligible for return.

After 30 days, non-warranty-related returns are at the sole discretion of Wikked Ridge.

A restocking fee of 20% will apply if the items have not been mounted or used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the returned products are not in new, resalable condition – a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund.

Please repackage the products with care. Please print your RMA clearly on the shipping label. Thank you!

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by WIKKED RIDGE) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. 

Damage to a purchaser’s vehicle, cargo, and/or to any other person or property is excluded. 

This warranty is expressly made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 

WIKKED RIDGE’s sole liability to any purchaser is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will WIKKED RIDGE be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages of any kind or nature. 

Purchaser will assume all liability of products purchased from WIKKED RIDGE including but not limited to incidents, accidents, or lawsuits. Purchaser will own all liability once purchased from Seller.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract between Customer and Seller (Wikked Good LLC dba Wikked Ridge) and are referred to herein as either "Terms and Conditions" or this "Agreement". Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions by Making a purchase from or placing an order with Seller or shopping on any Seller Website or Mobile Application (each, a "Site") or otherwise requesting products (the "Products") or engaging Seller to perform or procure any Services (as this and all capitalized terms are defined herein). These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, except that the Terms and Conditions posted on a Site at the time Customer places an order, accepts a sales order, or signs a Statement of Work will govern the order in question, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller and Customer.
